A distinguished figure in the field of Human Resource Development, Mr. Sahu brings with him a legacy of over three decades in the mining and metals industry. With an impressive academic background, including a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Berhampur University, he has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies in large-scale public sector enterprises.

During his tenure at NALCO, Mr. Ashok Sahu was known for his forward-thinking leadership in areas such as HR consulting, CSR implementation, labor relations, and policy formation. His deep understanding of traditional labor laws and dynamic approach to modern HR challenges have made him a respected mentor and thought leader in the industry.
